The World Health Organization’s objective is to raise awareness of mental health issues worldwide and to mobilize efforts to support mental health. “The Day provides an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide.” As fitness and wellness professional, we work to support all aspects of health for our clients and participants. The rise of depression and anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic, combined with the prevalence of heart disease, has provided
