Brainstorm 2 lists of words:
- Adjectives or descriptors that represent you; qualities you have and resonate as compliments when you hear or read them.
- Adjectives or descriptors that DON’T represent you; qualities other trainers/instructors/coaches might have but they’re not a good fit for you.
