Imposter Syndrome Got You Down?

We’ve all been there! Feeling like a fraud when we’re trying to ask for a raise or increase our rates, or even post content on social media. We get stuck in “imposter syndrome” and it sucks.

It’s not only keeping you away from your dreams and goals, but also not getting you any closer to serving the people who need and deserve your help!  There are tons of fitness leaders, some with much less experience and fewer qualifications, posting oodles of content and making a lot of money.

How do YOU become confident and stay authentic?

You need to attract more of the right clients and build your brand, as simply and quickly as possible.

Communicating your brand becomes much easier when you understand “what” does or doesn’t define its persona, or character.

Here’s a great way to kick off the creation of your brand character, your “what”.

Brainstorm 2 lists of words:

  1. Adjectives or descriptors that represent you; qualities you have and resonate as compliments when you hear or read them.
  2. Adjectives or descriptors that DON’T represent you; qualities other trainers/instructors/coaches might have but they’re not a good fit for you.

You need to create your professional voice. This will make content creation much faster! How do you take the next step?

There is a recipe you can follow to attract clients and I’m excited to share them with you in our new program “7 Simple Steps to Attract More Clients”.

You will build your own brand and attract the right clients with our guidance. These 7 simple steps will immediately save you time, make your decisions clearer, let potential clients know that you’re the right fitness leader for them, and so much more! A strong foundation sets you up for success and that is exactly what you are about to create.

Plus, this program is only $49 (USD OR CAD)!
