Awesome interview and yes LISA is truly awesome. When I used to work in Montreal with both of you, I already mentioned to Lisa she was the best STEP instructor I had seen. WOW she had impressed me at that time, started to check all the classes she was teaching and yes she is amazing in all her classes. I took her first COACHING session, we just finished the 6 weeks and I needed a commitment and because I know her and had to report back every week, I had to do it. Gave me the commiment to do the work. It was amazing sessions we had, lots of variety, and on top after 4 weeks (this is where I start to get bored with my program), she had sent a new Bonus workout, which was just what I needed. Thank you Lisa and I will certainly take the online course you will be doing in January….
